These terms apply to all purchases made through www.lavabrush.com and related sub-domains operated by Lavabrush AB (“Lavabrush”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order on our website you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Ordering

To shop in our store, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. A binding agreement is formed only when we have confirmed your order and payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of incorrect information, suspicion of fraud or lack of stock.

Products are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale.

3. Prices, Currency & VAT

All prices are shown including VAT at checkout based on the customer’s delivery country. Shipping costs may apply and are stated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices and correct obvious pricing errors. The price at the time of order applies.

4. Payment

We offer secure payments through Shopify Payments and/or third-party providers such as Klarna, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

For Klarna payments, Klarna’s own terms apply.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Germany. Available shipping options and delivery times are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, the transport risk passes to the customer (according to Swedish Consumer Sales Act). If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge a fee to cover shipping and handling.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers within the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distansavtalslagen).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us by email before the 14-day period expires: info@lavabrush.com.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the return is received and approved, we refund the full product price via the same payment method.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days from receiving the returned product.

8. Warranty

Consumers have 2 years warranty under consumer law.

This covers original manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, improper use, or damage caused by the customer.

We strive to display accurate product information. Minor variations in colours or appearance can occur due to screen settings.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or update product information without prior notice.
