Shipping Countries
We currently ship to countries within the European Union.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@lavabrush.com and we will assist if possible.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. High seasonal demand, customs processing, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.
Order Processing
Orders are normally packed and handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your shipping method).
Unclaimed / Returned Packages
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or the package is not collected, and it returns to us, we may charge a handling and return shipping fee.
If you need the order resent, additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping Damage or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time:
We will assist in resolving the matter with the carrier.
Risk of Transport
Once we hand over the goods to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility and transport risk transfer to the customer, in accordance with EU consumer rules. However, if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, consumers retain rights to claim assistance under Swedish consumer protection law.
