    Make sure to fill out the form with the required information, including your contact details, purchase information, and a description of the issue.

    Attach any necessary documentation, such as proof of purchase and photos of the defect. Provide a as detailed description of the issue as possible, along with any relevant photos or videos. The information will not only help to accelerate the processing of the claim, but also contribute to product improvements and development.

  • CLAIM REVIEW & APPROVAL

    Once we receive your completed claim form, our team will review the details and assess the validity of the claim.

    This process may take up to two business days. You will receive regular updates on the status of your claim.

    Replacement Confirmation

    If your claim is approved, we will notify you via email. You will receive instructions on how to return the defective product, if necessary.

  • REPLACEMENT

    After we initiated the return of the product (if applicable), we will send you a replacement Lavabrush product at no additional cost. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the replacement has been shipped.
